Yes -- retreats are for ages 21+

We will agree on a "retreat book" in advance, and this will be sent to you at least one month before the retreat. We will have a group discussion about the book at the retreat but you're welcome to read all, part, or none of it--it's up to you!

No! All activities are 100% optional. This is YOUR time--join a hike, visit the sauna, or curl up and read. It's up to you!

Yes, group activities and discussions will be held in English but readers of all languages are welcome to join!
