Cancellation Policy

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Cancellation by Participant

Up to 60 days before the retreat:
Full refund of all payments minus a CHF 200 administrative fee.
59–30 days before the retreat:
50% refund of the total retreat price minus a CHF 200 administrative fee.
29 days or fewer before the retreat:
No refund.

These terms reflect the fact that accommodation, catering, and retreat expenses are paid in advance and places are limited.

Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us in writing.

Cancellation by Bookward Bound
In the unlikely event that Bookward Bound must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments. Bookward Bound is not responsible for travel or other personal expenses incurred.

Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement

By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are participating voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and safety throughout the retreat.
Retreat activities are gentle and accessible. You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate or have sought medical advice if needed.
Travel to and from the retreat is your responsibility. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including cancellation coverage.
Bookward Bound is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
You consent to the use of non-intrusive photos or videos taken during the retreat for Bookward Bound marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
Participants agree to contribute to a respectful, supportive retreat environment. Bookward Bound reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the group, without refund.
